Meet Kendra
Founder of I Got You Girl
I am the founder of I Got You, Girl, a business dedicated to helping overwhelmed moms find peace by providing support with organizing, cleaning, and micro-gig opportunities. A Greeley, CO native with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UNC, I’ve spent the last 10 years raising my two kids while running a childcare and preschool program from home. Married for 18 years (mostly happy, because let’s be real!), I understand the challenges moms face and am passionate about building a strong, supportive community for women.

I'm a wife, mom of 5 kids, and fur-mama, navigating the joys (and chaos!) of life in Northern Colorado with my amazing husband. After years of juggling motherhood, career, and growth, I realized the power of community and support. I'm passionate about empowering women to thrive, whether it's through my coaching programs at Mom Strong or the network I'm building with I Got You, Girl. I believe in creating a life that's fulfilling and joyful, and I'm here to help other women do the same. I'm excited to connect and share in this journey together!

Who is this service for?
Our ideal members are busy women—especially work-from-home moms—who want reliable, flexible support with day-to-day tasks. If you ever find yourself thinking “I just need an extra set of hands,” you’re in the right place.

Do I have to be a member to get help?
No. You do not have to be a member to receive support. We offer à la carte services for one-time or occasional help, as well as membership options for those who want ongoing, consistent support.
During your welcome call, we’ll walk through both options and help you decide what makes the most sense for your needs, schedule, and level of support you’re looking for.
Can I request the same assistant each time?
We do our best to provide consistency whenever possible. If you find an assistant you love, we’ll work to keep that pairing whenever schedules allow.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts are required. Our goal is to provide flexible support that fits your life and schedule. You book help as you need it.
Are your assistants vetted?
Yes. All assistants go through an application process, interviews, background screening, and onboarding before working with our members. Trust and safety are extremely important to us.

We understand that life happens. While availability can vary, we always encourage you to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
How is pricing structured
We offer both membership plans and à la carte services. Memberships provide consistent, ongoing support, while à la carte options allow for flexible, one-time help. Many services are task-based rather than hourly, which helps with clear expectations and planning. Pricing and options will be reviewed during your welcome call to ensure the best fit for your needs.
