Do I have to be a member to get help?
No. You do not have to be a member to receive support. We offer à la carte services for one-time or occasional help, as well as membership options for those who want ongoing, consistent support.
During your welcome call, we’ll walk through both options and help you decide what makes the most sense for your needs, schedule, and level of support you’re looking for.
Can I request the same assistant each time?
We do our best to provide consistency whenever possible. If you find an assistant you love, we’ll work to keep that pairing whenever schedules allow.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts are required. Our goal is to provide flexible support that fits your life and schedule. You book help as you need it.
Are your assistants vetted?
Yes. All assistants go through an application process, interviews, background screening, and onboarding before working with our members. Trust and safety are extremely important to us.
